AS an entrepreneur and franchisor, stress has become part of my daily life. I’m sure that like me, those of you in business encounter stress in your daily grind. There is no way we can avoid it, but we can learn ways to handle it well so that we may experience relief from it.  Here are some ideas:

1.Develop your own stress-relief program.  Assess your situation and find out what your stressors are and what can help you relax. For me, working out is a perfect way to vent negative energy. Set up time for regular workouts and find an exercise or workout routine that best suits you, such as yoga, weight training, cardiovascular machines or Pilates. Always consult a doctor before beginning an exercise program.
