CAMP DANGWA, Benguet—Murder charges were filed on Wednesday against three suspects and several John Does linked to the killing of Judge Milnar Lammawin of Kalinga on August 9 this year, the police reported Thursday.
Charged before the Kalinga Provincial Prosecutor’s Office were: Bennit Wandag, Peter Lingbawan, Wilfredo Signabon and several John Does.
