CLARK FIELD, Pampanga—A former executive of the Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) has filed a complaint against retired Air Force general Adelberto F. Yap, CIAC president and CEO.
The complaint was filed by CIAC’s former manager for corporate services, Ritche Nacpil before the office of Emmanuel Y. Angeles, the Clark Development Corp. (CDC) president and CEO. The CDC is the majority stockholder of CIAC.
