HEALTH-CARE provider Tokushukai Medical Corp. has committed to build in the country a new medical facility that would cost P5.6 billion.
Trade Secretary Cesar V. Purisima told reporters that Tokushukai, a leading health-care provider in Japan, has promised to put up a hospital in the Philippines.
