ALAMINOS CITY, Pangasinan—Mayor Hernani Braganza denied reports that a shabu factory exists in this First District city in the western part of the province although he admitted that drug trading is becoming rampant in the area.
Braganza expressed sadness as he spoke about Alaminos City as fast turning into a drop point for drugs in western Pangasinan despite its being a center for commerce and education.
