GOVERNMENT may borrow anew before the year is through, according to a finance official.
This would be on top of a planned $750-million bond issue aimed at helping the National Power Corp. with its financing requirements. The planned bond issue was given a “BB” debt rating by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services.
