MALOLOS CITY—A Bulacan official called on for a summit on the ambitious North Rail project to ascertain whether the national government can truly start by next month.
Warlito Trinidad, Bulacan provincial board member, told The Manila Times that there are still issues that need to be clarified on the fulfillment of the rail project from Caloocan to this city.
