LINGAYEN, Pangasinan—Two youthful members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan want to maximize the participation of Pangasinan’s youth in administering youth affairs for the Pangasinan’s 2.2 million residents.
Sanggunian Members Von Mark Mendoza of the Second District and Jolly Resuello of the Third District expressed belief that developing and harnessing the full potential of the Pangasinan youth could make them as responsible partners in nation building.
