ALICIA, Isabela—Vice Gov. Ramon Reyes confirmed on Saturday that a former barangay captain from Zambales is now raking in money from the jueteng operations he runs in the First District of Isabela from his home in Pampanga.
“Yes, I’ve been informed that a certain guy named ‘Ngo-ngo’ is indeed operating jueteng here in the province, particularly in the towns covering the First District,” Reyes told The Manila Times.
