METRO Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chair Bayani F. Fernando recently announced that the Metro Manila Film Festival Philippines (MMFFP) has signed a memorandum of agreement with the Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) for their joint production of the film festival.
Under the agreement, MBC will be mounting a series of promotional activities and handling se-veral aspects of the Metro Manila Film Festival to be held on December 24 to 29, 2004.
