LIVERPOOL—Britain ruled out negotiations with the abductors of a British hostage in Iraq on Thursday after a desperate plea for help from the hostage.
In a video released by his captors, Kenneth Bigley, 62, made a direct appeal to British Prime Minister Tony Blair to save his life, saying “I don’t want to die, I don’t deserve to die.”
