AFTER hitting a two-year high two weeks ago, the bellwether 91-day Treasury bill rate fell during Monday’s auction at the Bureau of Treasury on the back of a liquid market.
Yield on the three-month debt instrument, used by banks as a benchmark for pricing their loans, fell 7.9 basis points to 7.639 percent.
