Kiko: Improved madrasah system to make education more available for Muslims

AS part of the Eid el Fitr celebrations, the Senate majority leader, Francis Pangilinan, has vowed to push for the strengthening and development of the madrasah system of education to make it more accessible to the Filipino Muslims.

“One way of dealing with the issues in Mindanao is to focus on the issue of Muslim education and to empower the Muslim youth to take charge in reshaping Mindanao,” Pangilinan said in a statement.
