When the attack on the prison at Camp Bagong Diwa in Bicutan, Taguig, ended on Tuesday, 23 people, including a policeman and three top leaders of the Abu Sayyaf, lay dead. Six policemen were also wounded.
Besides the 23 killed on Tuesday, three prison guards and two Abu Sayyaf men were killed when the prisoners overpowered their guards and took their weapons on Monday.
