BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya:  An employee of the provincial government of Nueva Vizcaya divulged on Saturday an alleged anomaly in the purchase of drug-testing kits for the Provincial Health Office.

The source, who refused to be named, said two members of the Bids and Awards Committee in the purchase of the kits worth P250,000 contacted the representative of the winning bidder, Allied Hospital Supplies International Corp., and asked for some money because the “following day was a market day.”
