THE lawyer of Vice President Noli de Castro on Sunday vowed to resign if defeated vice-presidential candidate Loren Legarda can prove her allegation that she could recover more than 300,000 votes from the recount of election returns from Cebu.
Romulo Macalintal, the Vice President’s lawyer, challenged Legarda to withdraw or stop her protest against de Castro in case she fails to prove her claim.
