BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya: The provincial government here is putting the final touches to the preparation for the 2006 Panagyaman festival beginning May 19, marking Nueva Viscaya’s 167th founding anniversary.

Provincial board member Glenn Afan, director general of celebration, predicted on Thursday that the agro-industrial trade fair will attract more people this year.
