One of these developers is Community Innovations, which is currently building The Columns Legazpi Village, a 41-level two-tower structure soon to rise at the Amaiz Avenue (former Pasay Road) and Amorsolo Street. The structure follows the disciplines of Green Architecture, a new building concept that adheres to an environment-friendly and a healthier living and working environment at dramatically reduced energy costs.
