VICE Mayor Isko Moreno of Manila on Monday promised to work hard in making sure that he will be worthy of the position after being elected as president of the Vice Mayor’s League of the Philippines.
The vice mayor garnered a total of 671 votes and won via landslide against incumbent Henry Dy of Iligan City who got 240 total votes.
