DEPARTMENT of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Leila de Lima said that she would issue an order directing National Bureau of Investigation Director Magtanggol Gatdula to investigate the killing of dzME broadcaster Marlina “Len” Flores-Sumera.
Sumera was shot dead near her home in Malabon City as she was preparing to go to radio studios to host a public service program.
