NO less than Rowen Soto, chairman of the board of the Green Tags Environmental Guardians (GTEG), a Philippines-based international group, has lauded Gov. Lilia G. Pineda for her environmental work.

Elated by the success of the GTEG-organized tree-planting activity in Mt. Arayat last October 10, Soto said: “The Global Tree Planting Project done in Mt. Arayat was a very successful endeavor. This was realized thru the kind efforts of Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda...and supporters and volunteers of Gov. Pineda.”
