Centro Escolar University Inc. (CEU) on Tuesday announced expansion plans in the Visayas with the establishment of a new campus in Cebu as the academic organization explores a possible hospital acquisition in Manila to support its educational program.

Dr. Ma. Cristina Padolina, CEU president and chief academic officer, told reporters on the sidelines of its 25th listing anniversary the university will start construction next year of a five-story building on a 2,000 square meter property in Cebu City.
