THE Manila North Tollways Corp. (MNTC) on Tuesday said that the Plaridel Bypass Road connected to the new North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Balagtas Interchange would open on March 20.
Rodrigo Franco, president of the MNTC said that the company has earmarked P109 million for various fixed and non-fixed operating equipment, plus P22 million for operation and maintenance expenses of the Balagtas Interchange and a portion of the Plaridel bypass road.
