Premiering this Friday the 13th at 9 p.m., Grimm follows homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) who after his aunt falls ill begins seeing things he cannot explain. Receiving a key that unlocks a trailer holding his familys secret, Nick learns that he is a descendant of the Grimms, an elite line of criminal profilers charged with keeping the balance between the mythological world and the human world. With his new found outlook on life he is able to identify the mythological beings as they shift to show him their true form.
