The fight between Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and Sen. Antonio Trillanes 4th, erupted after the neophyte lawmaker accused the Senate President of trying to “rush” the passage of the Camarines Sur bill allegedly because he is under orders from former president Gloria Arroyo.
