An official of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Monday said Filipinos may have been used as “flying voters” to tilt the elections in Malaysia in favor of the ruling administration party.

The official, who refused to be identified, said foreign residents in Sabah and Sarawak in Malaysia were reportedly flown to hotly-contested areas.
