CABARROGUIS, Quirino: Drinking in public places may soon become illegal as the regional development and peace and order councils are collaborating to pass a resolution urging local governments to strengthen liquor regulations.
The ban was considered following reports that majority of crime incidents in Region 2, which include physical injuries, are caused by intoxication.
