Militiaman killed as NPA rebels raid military post in Agusan del Sur

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Communist rebels raided a military post in Agusan del Sur Friday, killing a pro-government militia, officials said.

The New People’s Army (NPA) attacked the post in the town of Sibagat, triggering fierce fighting in the village of Banag-banag.
