A’S REDDICK EQUALS HOME RUN RECORD

TORONTO, Canada: Josh Reddick blasted two homers on Saturday to equal a major league record over a two-game span but it wasn’t enough as Oakland dropped a 5-4 decision to Toronto. Reddick drove in three runs, just one day after he belted belted three homers and drove in five runs in a 14-6 Oakland victory on Friday. His five home runs in two games ties a Major League Baseball record shared by several players, including Josh Hamilton who achieved it last year.
