SEVEN persons were injured in the explosion at a restaurant in San Juan City at 1 a.m. on Saturday, which damaged several commercial establishments and vehicles in the area.
Interior Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II said the blast at Wilson St., Greenhills, San Juan was likely caused by a leak from a liquefied petroleum gas tank and there was no indication that it was caused by a bomb.
