The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC), on Friday said that it is working hard to find the balance between government and private sector interest in major infrastructure projects.
In line with this, the bidding for the P17.5-billion Mactan-Cebu International Airport Project has been scheduled for November this year, which will give bidders almost two months to prepare more competitive proposals for the project.
