The Mountain Province-based 54th Infantry Battalion on Wednesday said three rebels were also killed during the encounter with New People's Army (NPA) remnants in Sitio Landing, Barangay Camandag, Asipulo town, Ifugao on Tuesday.
In the firefight that took place 7: 30 a.m., two troopers were killed while three others were wounded.
