The country’s top tennis players will be battling for supremacy as the prestigious Philippine Columbian Association (PCA) Open 33rd edition presented by Cebuana Lhuillier and Metro Global Holdings gets underway today at the PCA indoor shell clay courts in Paco, Manila.
