Award-winning actress and Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto of Batangas joins the roster of speakers for the 5th “Artspectives: New Prospects and Perspectives in Culture and Arts Programming in the Academe” slated from July 9 to 11 at the De La Salle University-Lipa.
The national conference aims to usher in-campus arts programs that are directed to enriching and developing the competitive capacities of cultural officers in the academic setting. The inclusion of these art programs strengthens cultural and artistic education in different institutions.
