The police on Saturday filed a parricide case against the father of the baby who died recently from suffocation after the infant was bottle-fed with water in Tondo, Manila. Investigator, SPO2 Donald Panaligan, is also the complainant in the case after he got hold of an autopsy report, which stated that the one-month-old infant died of “asphyxia by water aspiration” after being fed through a bottle on Thursday.
