Dengue cases for the first eight months of 2015 have risen by 9.15 percent from those recorded in the same period last year, the Department of Health (DOH) said on Friday.
According to the DOH spokesman, Dr. Lyndon Lee Suy, the total number of cumulative cases as of January to August 8 is 55,079, which is higher compared to the 50,462 cases in 2014.
