Former Abra governor found guilty

A Quezon City court has found former Abra governor Vicente Valera guilty in the killing of Abra representative Luis Bersamin and his police escort in December 2006.

Judge Roslyn Babara-Tria of Regional Trial Court Branch 94 also sentenced Rufino Panday and Leo Bello.
