INDEPENDENT presidential candidate Sen. Grace Poe led the second wave of pre-election surveys conducted by the Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) and its flagship station dzRH.
Poe’s running mate, Sen. Francis Escudero, also topped the survey but his score is two points lower than his rating in December.
