PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has appointed 23 cabinet secretariess and 18 other officials to key government bureaus and agencies.

Composed of former government officials, retired police and military officers and his friends and schoolmates, Duterte describes his Cabinet as people he trusts who have “integrity and honesty.”
