The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Wednesday ordered the closure of five bus terminals in Pasay City for violating the “Nose In, Nose Out” policy and other offenses.
The policy requires buses to go in and out of the terminal with their front-end first and to maneuver within the terminal if they want to enter again.
