ANTONIO-LED holding firm Century Properties, Inc. (CPI) clinched a $1-billion deal with Israel-based Globe Invest Ltd. to venture into real estate development, among others. The deal was signed during President Rodrigo Duterte’s four-day visit to Israel from September 2 to 6 together with Cabinet members and business delegates. CPI said the partnership would include advanced energy optimization management, advanced agriculture and urban farming, prefabricated housing, water desalination, and other master-planned real estate development projects.
