PH to host Asean Science Ministers meeting

Science ministers of Asean Member States and other key leaders in the region are set to gather in Cebu, Philippines for a series of meetings that will push forward for enhanced cooperation and harmonized strategies in the development of science, technology, and innovation (STI) and its deployment for sustainable growth, Oct. 15-19.

Department of Science and Technology (DoST), in-charge of the event, is full force in the preparations to ensure the meeting will deliver on the commitment of making STI regionally strong and integrated, globally excellent, and responsive to the needs of the Asean population.
