THE Supreme Court (SC) has admitted that there appeared to be violations in the disbursement of its funds and loans from the World Bank (WB) under former chief justice Artemio Panganiban. However, it cleared the former chief magistrate of any accountability.

The SC, however, ordered the investigation of Evelyn Toledo-Dumdum in relation to the P14.3 million contracts she entered into as administrator of the court’s Program Management Office (PMO) with events specialists Artes International Inc.
