TYPHOON "Rosita" (international name "Yutu") is now in the area of Sablan, Benguet after crossing Ifugao and will be heading to La Union, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday afternoon.

In its 1 p.m. bulletin, the state-run weather bureau said the typhoon was moving west at 20 kilometers per hour (kph), with maximum sustained of 140 kph and gustiness of up to 230 kph.
