PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte expressed satisfaction with the response of the government in the wake of the onslaught of typhoon “Rosita” (international name: Yutu) in Northern Luzon.
In a situation briefing in a hotel in Cauayan City, Isabela, Duterte said government officials did their respective jobs and thanked them for it despite the "really extensive typhoon damage" in the affected areas.
