THE Commission on Higher Education (CHEd), in collaboration with the Philippine National Police (PNP), is set to launch a “Safe Campus” project in 2019, as part of the government’s effort to combat crimes and drugs inside and outside the campuses.
CHEd Chairman Prospero de Vera 3rd said the agency and the PNP would conduct a series of consultations with various universities to discuss safe campus concept to address drug problem and threats to students and to the universities.
