Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel, who met with his House counterpart, Rep. Rolando Andaya Jr., said the bicameral conference committee may be reconvened on January 14 to craft the wordings to the law that would abolish the agency and revert the income and the funds to either the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) or National Treasury.
