Anti-narcotics policemen shot dead a drug suspect and arrested three of his cohorts, including a 17-year-old boy, during a buy-bust in Barangay Jaclupan, Talisay City, south Cebu at about 7 a.m. on Thursday.

Police identified the fatality as Dexter Rabago, 43.
