COMMUNIST Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Maria “Joma” Sison cannot underestimate President Rodrigo Duterte’s timeframe of ending the communist insurgency in three years, Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana said on Friday.
Lorenzana was reacting to a statement by Sison who dismissed the timetable, saying it was “too soon for him to talk.”
