FORMER Philippine Swimming Inc. president Mark Joseph passed away in London on Thursday morning. He was 56, the PSI said in a statement.
“Mr. Joseph died peacefully in his sleep in the United Kingdom. His sister, together with the rest of his family, is making arrangements for his funeral,” said PSI President Lani Velasco.
